All orders are shipped carbon-neutrally with DHL Express including a tracking number. Archive collection is shipped with Swiss Post Priority including a tracking number.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay taxes and duties.
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase (excluding weekends, European and Swiss holidays).
After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes:
— 2-4 business days within Europe
— 4-8 business days within U.S. and Canada
— Up to 14 business days for the rest of the world
The delivery times are indicative only. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.
SHE IS REBEL cannot be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact the courier service directly which is shared in the shipping confirmation email.
We don't currently offer expedited shipping. However, we ship worldwide with DHL Express and Swiss Post Priority to get you your order as fast as possible.
As soon as your order is shipped, we send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.
You can track your order when you log in at Account.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Vienna, Austria.
Archive collection is dispatched from Zurich, Switzerland.
Currently we do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes. All taxes and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay and non-refundable. They are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipment destination and the value of your purchase.
— European Union: The prices include taxes and duty fees and you will not pay any additional fee upon arrival.
— Outside European Union: Taxes and duty fees are not included in our prices.
— United States: Taxes and duty fees may be only applied for orders exceeding $800 USD.
After you received your order, our courier (DHL) will email you to collect taxes and duty fees and you can pay this online directly through this email.
As we don't have control over these charges we are unable to advise what the cost may be. For more accurate information, please check with your local Customs Office.

When you order a pre-order item, the total amount of your order is charged including the shipping cost if applicable. Ordered items are considered as sold and cannot be canceled. Once you have received the pre-order, the same return and exchange policy specified under "Returns and exchanges" section applies.
If for any reason your pre-order item cannot be sent to you by SHE IS REBEL, we will refund your deposit in full including the shipping cost if paid.
Returns and exchanges
Items purchased from SHE IS REBEL are eligible for a refund without question within 14 days of receiving your order. Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received the item and returned to us within 30 days.
Please note that we only accept returns or exchanges in new condition for a full refund:
— Items must not be washed, worn or damaged
— All original tags must be attached including garment packaging
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
— Items marked as 'final sale'
Return shipping costs are not covered by SHE IS REBEL.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We don't currently offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item for a new size, color or style, we suggest that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
To return an item, please:
1. Submit your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Make sure your item is in new, unworn, original condition with original tags attached and including garment packaging
3. Enclose your name and order number inside
4. Securely pack and seal your item in a shipping box or envelope

We strongly recommend you to ship your return with a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
Items that do not meet conditions or are damaged are not eligible for refund and will be shipped back to the customer.
The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from SHE IS REBEL.
Handling and customs fees are non-refundable.
We take every effort to check each garment thoroughly before packing and dispatching. However, human mistakes happen.
If you have received a faulty or wrong item, please reach out to Customer Care right away with supporting images and we will resolve it as soon as possible. In case your item is deemed as faulty or wrong by SHE IS REBEL, we will cover the cost of return.
Please note the items you've already worn or washed cannot be deemed as faulty.
We cannot accept responsibility for items that have been damaged during washing if our care instructions have not been followed.
After we receive your return, please allow us 5-8 business days to process, and another 5-8 business days for your bank to credit the amount to your account. The processing time may vary depending on your bank.
Your refund will be credited back to the same method of payment. We’ll send you an email when your refund has been processed.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order. Once you have received your order, you can submit a return request and send your order back for a refund.
Payment and privacy
Prices are displayed in your currency on the storefront for your reference. All our payments are processed in EUR (Euro) which is the default currency on our payment gateway. Your payment method will be charged in EUR at your payment provider's conversion rate.
We take no responsibility for any extra fees charged by your bank when you use your credit card.

SHE IS REBEL garments cannot be purchased from any other website or retailer. If we partner up with any retailer, we announce it on our web-site.

Our pieces are produced in limited amounts, so that you don't show up wearing the same piece as someone else. If an item you love is sold out, we might make more of that style.

We source eco-friendly fabrics from certified fabric producers for you to enjoy the longevity and quality of our pieces. Our fabric producers are based in Turkey and OEKO-TEX certified. In other words, there is no harmful substance in any stage of processing.
Our award-winning fabric-producers include the first vegan fabric-producer in the world (certified by V-label), Lenzing for all our TENCEL™ fabrics, GOTS certified organic cotton manufacturers and GRS certified recycled fabric manufacturers.

We strive to improve ourselves every day not to follow the footsteps of our older peers (insert a rebellion hashtag here). So our action list below is always work in progress.
— We produce in limited amounts without collections. So we can consider what you want to wear now and minimize excessive stock.
— Having our factories close to each other in Turkey as well as to us in Europe minimize the carbon footprint throughout our supply chain.
— All our supplies are made of eco-friendly materials. Our garment labels are made of recycled polyester fiber waste. Our packagings are compostable and recyclable, made from 100% responsible resources.
— We avoid unnecessary use of paper such as printing mood-boards, look-books, brochures. We also send only e-invoice. Digitalization doesn't mean just instagramming after all.
— We ship carbon-neutrally with minimal packaging.
— We communicate as digitally as possible between our teams in Zurich, Paris and Istanbul, and the warehouse team in Vienna. A better option than business trips, and running around with a laptop bag.
— Our customer service does their best to answer all your questions and save you (and the planet) energy from returning orders.
— We periodically donate part of our revenue (100% of all accessories) to an acknowledged NGO in Turkey who supports girls' education. We believe education is the most important element to build a sustainable future.
